The Light of the World...
You don't have to follow this if you don't want to. This was just a dream sequence that I just had like...earlier. If you don't understand, don't worry about it.
So, there was this guy that was living with a bunch of people. Why? Because they were all renting out the same place. This place looked like my old house on Knox, but larger and two-stories. It was amazing, especially since all the people I knew were people who were fairly close to me. However, it wasn't paradise.
I went to school that day in search of a place to just stay and chill so I could do an essay for another class. But, when people started coming in, I was about to leave. Thing is, they wanted me to stay. I don't know why, but they did. They sat down just waiting for the next class. Then, one of the girls started singing the song "Noel". I'm not sure why they did that, but she sounded awesome. Then, the other girl next to me began to sing too. So, I decided to sing along. I tried to sing the tenor's voice, but the girl closest to me kept looking at me whenever I hit a higher voice. So, I just stopped. She looked at me with a sad, straight look.
Then, the rest of the class came in. They gave me some sheets of paper. The professor came in and scolded me not to keep my feet up on the couch that was randomly there. So, I took it off, and she began to lecture. One of the students, who looked oddly familiar, was sitting next to me. He was complaining that he didn't like his 3 year of Spanish, even though it was required. So, he just sat there listening to the professor, who also looked oddly familiar. For some strange reason, I fell through the floor. The guy that sat next to me looked down to where I was. "You okay?" he asked. "Just a scratch here and there," I replied. "You got lucky...punk." He looked back to the professor. I was 6 stories down below them. I checked myself out for bruises, cuts, and other injuries. Apparently, I was fine though.
I looked behind me and saw the sky. It was pitch black signifying that it was the middle of the night. "How did that happen?" I thought to myself. "I swear it was day the first minute." Anyway, I started to walk around to see how I could get out of there. Strangely enough, I was able to find some kind of way out with a set of stairs near by. As I was nearing in the stairs, there was a beetle on my foot. It seemed like it was blind or something because it kept hitting walls and the stairs. I felt so sorry for it. I picked it up, and it looked me straight in the eye. I knew this wasn't any ordinary beetle though because it gave me those anime eyes like this (o.-;;) Such a sad faith. For some reason, I just knew it was hungry though. So, I decided to take it with me. The second I stepped on the first step, I realized that it was made of different flavored waffers. "This must be some wacked out school or a really poor school." I found another way out somewhere near the side and appeared in some chemistry lab. "Quite a strange place." My head couldn't take anymore of this. So, I left the school before it got any worse. I went home with this beetle.
As I was going home, I met a few other interesting characters, some look alike Pikachu (yes, too much Pokemon) and this random pet that I found. I wasn't even sure if it was a cat or a dog, but it was something to pet apparently. Anyway, I went inside the house. I sat in the corner taking care of that beetle. People around me were running around frantically. "What's wrong?" I asked one of the tenants. "Someone has been stealing our things!" she replied with a panicked face. "Like what?" She looked at me with a strange look. "Where have you been for the past few weeks?! Have you not noticed your things stolen?" I looked around. "Um...I don't even know why I'm here or when I moved in." She grunted and walked away. "Whatever I guess." I continued to play with the three "pets". I noticed a small pool of water. It became larger every time I looked at it though. "That isn't how it's supposed to be. Why is there water?" I looked up at the ceiling. There was a hole through the roof. I deducted that the thief around the house might be using this as a tactic to steal from everyone inside the house. A hole to peek through when people were away. So, I decided to take a look at it. I went on the roof and checked it out. I was scared to just look down since it was a two-story fall. Like that was any different from my 6 story one. So, as I was on the roof, I saw a shady figure walking around. I got down and tracked him down. I caught up to him and pinned him to the wall. It was one of the tenants. I don't know if he was the one stealing or anything, but he was a familiar face. I accused him of stealing, and the two of us yelled at one another continuously. Everyone came out to see what was going on. I just left with a scowl on my face to try to fix the roof again. Then, the shady figure walked inside the house. The next thing I knew, he came out with a machine gun. He held up everyone outside. I jumped down and kneed him on his face. He bled on my pants, but it didn't matter. I saved everyone. Why? I don't know.
